This premium extra virgin olive oil was harvested, produced and bottled in the town of Pertosa, known for its centuries old olive trees. The ancestral home of the Marotta family, Pertosa is located in the Province of Salerno, part of the Amalfi Coast within the Sorrentine Peninsula. This olive oil is produced in a 'Frantoio', a traditional olive mill used in the production of high quality EVOO, and is perfectly balanced with the right amount of fruitiness and pepperiness.
